摘要
从科学素养、艺术素养、人文素养三方面阐述图书馆员职业素养的基本内涵。从职业素养形成的特点出发,阐述图书馆员良好职业素养形成的途径。
In this paper, the author discusses on the basic meaning of the professional quality of the librarian in three parts： science, arts and humanity. And discuss on the avenue to form the good professional quality of librarian, which based on the characteristic of it.
