连续形螺旋折流板管壳式换热器强化传热机理的数值模拟 被引量:15

摘要 利用FLUENT软件,在设定的管、壳程流体流速下,对不同螺旋节距L的连续形螺旋折流板管壳式换热器强化传热情况进行了三维数值模拟,得到了对应条件下的温度场、速度场、质点迹线图、管壳程温度变化图以及压降分布图等。根据模拟得到的结果,比较了不同螺旋节距L下的连续形螺旋折流板对螺旋折流板管壳式换热器强化传热的影响。在所模拟的螺旋节距L范围内,得到了连续形螺旋折流板的螺旋节距L与螺旋折流板管壳式换热器强化传热效果的变化规律的关系,该结果可以为这种新型连续形螺旋折流板管壳式换热器的规模化工程应用提供一定的参考依据。 To study the influence of helical baffle size L on heat enhancement of the continuous helical baffle shell-and-tube heat exchangers, static temperature field, velocity vector field, particle line field, static pressure drop and so on, was gained by taking three-dimensional numerical simulation with commercial software-fluent at different helical baffle size L with arranged flow velocity. According to the simulation results, calculation and comparisons were conducted on the heat enhancement of the continuous helical baffles shell-and-tube heat exchangers fitted with helical baffles with different helical ribbon's size L form different aspects. Within the simulation results, the optimize combination of helical bafflers size L and the effects of heat enhancement was obtained,which provided a useful reference for large-scale engineering appliance of this late-model continuous helical baffle shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
