摘要
在板式换热器的设计计算中,除了板片及物料特性因素外,换热器允许压降、面积富裕量、污垢热阻以及平均对数温差对计算结果都有不同程度的影响。计算实例的结果表明,合理取值对换热器的优化设计及降低投资费用有一定作用。
The effectiveness of design and calculating on plate heat exchanges except for the properties of plates and feed, such as pressure drop, overdesign, fouling and logarithmic mean temperature difference （LMTD） had great effects on design and calculating. The results showed that the optimum design of plate heat exchangers by given proper pressure drop, overdesign, fouling resistance and logarithmic mean temperature difference （LMTD） play a decisive role in reducing investment in the equipments.
