对目前国内外炼化装置常用的设备停用保护方法进行了全面论述,分析了各种保护方法的优缺点和适用性,提出炼化装置停工保护应当根据装置闲置情况、设备特点,了解停工期间设备腐蚀的产生、发展及后果,选用合理可行的保护方法,综合应用各种保护方法,从停工管理和停工保护技术两方面制定合理的保护方案。

The methods to protect petroleum refining and petrochemical plants form corrosion during downtime was deeply discussed, the applicability for each method were analyzed. The establishment of protective scheme should from technique and management aspects, based on the understanding of the corrosion mechanics, development and consequence during plant shutdown, the equipments characteristic was taken into account to combine the protect methods.
