摘要
对某厂催化裂化装置主风能量回收机烟气轮机近2 a来因涉及叶片断裂、机壳内进异物、动静摩擦、管线应力等原因发生的多次事故进行了综合分析,提出了相关问题的解决方法。根据该烟机进、出口管线和膨胀节的检修经验,指出了在检修中应注意的事项。
The flue gas turbine, the recycling device of main blower-flue gas in catalytic cracking unit in some oil refineries, accidents occurred many times in recent two years. These accidents involved blade breaking, entry of foreign matter into casing, rub in rotating and resting parts, stress in pipeline,and so on. The reasons of these accidents were analyzed,and the solutions to the faults was proposed, and the experiences and matters needing attention according to the overhaul of the import and export pipeline and the expansion joint of the flue gas turbine were proposed as well.
