摘要 对中国石化洛阳分公司重整装置循环氢气BCL605-1型压缩机运行中存在的问题进行了分析。从工艺、设备以及工艺和设备结合的角度,总结了历年的运行情况,分析了导致催化重整压缩机K201发生喘振等问题的原因。针对发生的问题,采取了干气密封改造、调速系统更新、增上防喘振控制阀等一系列措施,经过一段时间的运行,证明改造取得了良好的效果,保证了机组的平稳运行。 This paper aims at the centrifugal compressor BCL605-1's operating malfunction of reforming circulating hydrogen of reformer workshop in the Luoyang branch of SINOPEC. Contrasting and summing up the running conditions from the past to now with the equipment, chemical process,as well as the combination of the both point of view, concluding the causes that resulted in the surging of the centrifugal compressor K201 of circulating hydrogen. For a series of occurred problems, the renovation of the gas seal was taken, speed governing system was renewed, and the preventing surging of valve was solved. After a period of running,proofs of the transformation show good results,ensuring the smooth operation of generating units.
