摘要 根据某油田热介质系统运行过程中出现的几次典型故障,对热介质系统的设计标准、建造规范、调试要求以及操作程序等进行了深入分析,指出燃料气含水、保温材料不合格以及安装调试期间的质检疏漏等是造成系统故障甚至设备损坏的原因。据此分析结果,对系统进行了相应的改造,效果良好。 A brief introduction is given for heating medium boiler system of CFD Oilfield in Bohai Bay. The system failure was summarized and categorized. Based on design standards, construction specifications, commissioning requirements and operation procedures, it was noticed that the main reason of the failure are wet fuel gas, wrong lagging material and bad quality control during commissioning. Also an improving measures was given. After modification, the system performance was stable. It could be a reference for similar heating medium system design, construction,installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
