参与国际工程竞争时应该注意收集信息，做好技术准备，组织投标小组及重视谈判，还应该注意不盲目投标、认真研究标书、要重视技术答辩陈述，重视施工管理，重视工程质量等方面。

Attention should be paid to information gathering,technical preparation,organization of bidding group as well as the subsequent negotiations,when you are involved in the bidding of competition of the international projects.To study bidding documants and technical information and to avoid making bidding blindly are also very important.In addition great improtance should be attached to the technical explantions and statement,costruction mangement and engineering quality etc.
