摘要
阻尼减振技术作为工程上常用的振动控制措施之一,具有设备结构改动小、重量和体积增加较小,对振动、噪声具有较好的抑制作用等特点。根据汽轮机的结构特点,对汽轮机的支承结构应用SA-3阻尼胶板,通过显著增加支承结构阻尼,将汽轮机振动机械能转化为热能耗散掉,使对外输出振动能量得到衰减。设计并制造汽轮机支承结构阻尼胶板减振试验件,并利用激振器进行阻尼减振试验,试验结果表明,汽轮机支承结构应用阻尼胶板后,减振效果较为明显。
As one of the measures commonly used for vibration control in engineering practices, the damping - based vibration abatement technology is characterized by such specific features as a small amount of modification to the existing equipment, a relatively small increase in weight and volume as well as a positive role played in controlling and reducing vibration and noise level. In the light of the specific features of turbine structures, SA - 3 damping rubber plate was used for turbine supporting structures. By significantly increasing the damping capacity of the turbine supporting structure, the turbine vibration mechanical energy was transformed into thermal energy to be finally dissipated, minimizing the vibration energy exported to the outside world. A damping - coatting vibration - abatement test piece was designed and manufactured with a damping and vibration abatement test being conducted by using a vibration - exciter. The test results show that only when the above - mentioned damping coating has been applied to the turbine supporting structure, a comparatively conspicuous vibration abatement effectiveness can result.
