摘要
目前现场使用一种一端带弯头的蛇形弹簧,在运行时,由于同一根弹簧上各波的弹力相差很大,导致与之相配用汽封段的汽封齿被严重磨损,使机组效率降低。实验研究表明,当弹簧采用中间定位时,在弹簧受力变化时,整根弹簧从头到尾的波高变化量基本一致。
At present,snake-type spring which has a elbow in the one end is used in the seal of units. Elastic forces of waves in the same spring are very different, which makes the corresponding sealing tooth abraded seriously. Sealing tooth is abraded seriously which result in unit efficiency reducing. Experiment indicates wave heights from one end to the other end in the same spring change a little when the spring is fixed in the middle and elastic forces of spring change.
