摘要
某小型凝汽式汽轮发电机组在不同负荷工况下运行时,出现真空突降,抽气温度迅速上升的故障现象。试验与分析结果表明:抽气器进汽口处的堵塞以及抽气器内部真空的相互干涉,可能导致抽气器抽气能力不足,最终使机组在各工况下真空出现突降。在清理抽气器进口杂物,打通两抽气器间的联通孔和排除积水后,故障现象消除。
During the course of a small condensing steam turbo-generator run under the different loading conditions, the vacuum abruptly dropped and the temperature of the steam pumped from the condensator quickly increase phenomenon were appeared. The results of the tests and some analysis indicated that it was possible that the strainer was choked by some sun- dries near steam inlet of the air extractor and the interference in the air extractor, just these reasons leaded to the vacuum under some different working conditions dropping abruptly. After cleaned those sundries at the strainer near steam inlet of the air extractor, got through the hole and removed the seeper between the two inside air extractors, this accident was disappeared.
