摘要
选用丹东农业科学院选育的10个自交系及国内3个主要自交系,按NCⅡ(不完全双列杂交)设计的原理和方法对组配40个杂交种进行配合力分析,并进行通径分析。结果表明:D787、D8645、DH34和D598是GCA效应值表现优良的自交系;高产组合为D859×DH34、D787×D598、D787×昌7-2、D8645×昌7-2;穗长、百粒质量、出籽率对产量的直接效应最明显,选育过程中应注重对大粒、长穗、出籽率的选择,并兼顾其他性状或者放宽要求。
10 inbred lines that were cultivated by Dandong Academic of Agricultural Sciences and 3 other main inbred lines were selected in the study. The 13 inbred lines were designed by P1×P2 uncompleted diallel crossing of NC Ⅱ method to study their general combining ability and path analysis. The results showed that inbred lines of D787, D8645, DH34 and D598 had higher general combining ability which crossed high yield hybrids of D859×DH34, D787×D598, D787×chang7-2, D8645×chang7-2, and the direct effect of ear length, 100-kernel weight, kernel rate on yield was most significant. The inbred lines should be selected with big kernel, long ear length and high kernel rate at the first time, and the selection standards of other characters could be considered at the same time or the standards should be properly relaxed.
