敏捷供应链管理效率决定因素是信息流的引导,本文从不同信息流形式探讨了敏捷供应链管理模式,并以最优的集成式信息流形式为基础对集成式信息流引导下敏捷供应链管理系统运作模式进行了全面分析。描述了敏捷供应链运行的基本框架。
The crucial factor of the management efficiency of agile supply chain is the guide of the information flow. This article discusses the management pattern according to different forms of the information flows. It also makes general analysis of agile supply chain management system pattern guided by integrated information flow on the basis of the optimal integrated information flow. It describes the basic framework for the function of the agile supply chain.
