摘要
针对我国农村配电网的供电可靠性以及供电质量难以保证的状况,提出了适合我国广大农村配电自动化系统的结构模式和配电馈线网络故障查询、判断、隔离、排除等处理方案,并对配电自动化系统中开关设备的选择、位置的确定及相互间的配合进行规范化整定,解决了农村中低压配电网的诸多弊端。在对农村配电网自动化系统故障处理的2种模式进行分析后,认为就地控制模式更适合我国农村配电网自动化系统的实际情况。
This paper presents structural pattern and treatment schemes of power distribution and feeder line fault's searching, judgment, isolation, and removal etc, which is fit for our vast rural distribution automation system, and makes selections and determinations of switehgear equipment and location of distribution automation system, and makes standardization setting of cooperation between them. It solves many shortcomings of rural medium and low-pressure distribution network, and improves power supply reliability and quality greatly, and its application effect is good and beneficial to guiding an aetual engineering.
