摘要
英国高等院校基于教师教育新理念,对传统的教育实习制度进行了较大改革,教育实习在高等院校教师教育课程中的地位和作用、目标和定位、实施和组织管理等方面都呈现出全新的发展态势,且对提升英国幼儿教师质量的成效日显。这些改革和发展经验对我国当前更有效地解决幼儿教师教育的现实问题,强化教育实习在教师培养中的实践性、综合性和基础性功能,深化幼儿教师教育研究和实践都具有积极的借鉴意义。
Since 1980s', based on the new ideas of teacher education, Britain has reformed traditional system of teaching practice in university and has made fruitful efforts to upgrade and enhance quality of British preschool teacher. We should learn from their experience and enhance the research the the and practice of the teaching practice and the preschool teacher education in our country.
