摘要
幼儿是有差异性的独立个体,因此在教学中必须照顾到每个幼儿的差异性,才能保证幼儿获得个性化的发展。选择性教学策略的运用能够有效地推进个性化教学的开展,进而促进幼儿的自主发展,使其养成主动学习的习惯。在实践中运用选择性教学策略,教师应注意提供可以选择的学习空间与学习内容,并接纳幼儿多样的学习方式。
Children are different individuals. We must pay more attention to the so that their individuality can be developed. Using the strategy of selective differences of children teaching can promote individualized teaching effectively and the development of children＇s independence. The teacher should provide the choice of learning space, learning style and learning content for children.
