The paper provides the definition and usage of Do Not Disturb Service （DND）. It introduces relevant technology for service supplying on softswitch System, layer division and relationship between business layer and control layer, and the provision mode and service trigger mechanism of INAP CS-2 under the intelligent network technology. The paper also describes the functional structure and presents design scheme of DND service, which introduces the service trigger mechanism, service control command, general business processing flow and processing flow of activation, deactivation and call interception.
