摘要
根据反射屏能量平衡建立了多层绝热材料的非稳态传热方程。以双面镀铝涤纶薄膜为研究对象,在不进行预处理、表面印花处理两种实验条件下,得到了绝热材料中各反射屏温度随航天器飞行过程中的具体数值变化规律。最后,在特定的两个时刻分析了绝热材料的当量热导率及其分量,发现残留气体导热约占70%。
Base on energy balance of the reflective screens, the unsteady heat transfer equation of multilayer insulation (MLI) was established. Double aluminized mylar MLI was taken as an object of the study, under the unpretreatment and patterns printed conditions, the temperature change of the each reflective screen in the MLI in orbit was obtained. At last, the variational laws of thermal conductivity and its component were analyzed under the two special times, the percentage of heat transfer by residual gas was about 70%.
