摘要 基于Maxwell张量法和电磁理论,研究并推导了自励式缓速器发电装置电磁转矩和缓速装置制动扭矩的解析计算公式。通过对500N·m自励式缓速器制动力矩的理论计算值与试验值的比较可知,在中、低转速范围,其制动力矩的理论计算值与试验值基本吻合。该结果为进一步研究自励式缓速器制动力矩与各结构参数的关系及结构优化设计提供了理论基础。 The analysis and calculation formula of electromagnetic torque of the self-excited retarder and braking torque of the retarder are researched and derived based on Maxwell Stress Tensor and the Electromagnetic Theory.It is known from comparison between the braking torque calculated theoretically and the test resuh for a 500 Nm self-excited retarder that the former was basically consistent to the later in low and moderate rotational speed.This would lay a theoretical foundation for further study on the relation between braking torque and mechanical structure parameters and the optimization design for a self-excited retarder.
