摘要
本文就油膜法的应用,对油膜性态和涂料配方进行了试验研究,给出了两种可用于水力机械内部流态显示的聚胺脂涂料配方。应用该配方涂料,得到了水轮机导叶端面间隙内水流流态的油膜图象和离心泵叶轮流道内的水流相对运动迹线。
The features of oil-film and paint prescriptions are investigated in this paper. Two paint prescriptions of polyamine resin which can be used for flow-visualization in hydraulic maching are given. Oil-film pattern in extremity clearance of guide vane of water turbine inside of the impeller of centrifugal pump are obtained by using this kind of paint priscription
