西方的劳动力市场柔性及其对我国的政策启示 被引量:2

摘要 西方的劳动力市场柔性无论在研究还是实践层面都比较成熟,而我国目前面临的劳动力市场问题,突出表现为就业压力。借鉴西方的经验教训,本文提出了三项政策性解决建议:制定以不同层次劳动力为导向的就业促进政策组合、《劳动合同法》实施过程中的权变思想和建立功能互补的多层次的网络化工会组织。
