摘要
通过比较几种典型燃料的效率及当量燃烧发动机,进行了稀燃单一燃料CNG发动机的优势分析。针对国-Ⅳ及以上排放标准,开发了基于电控调压器的重型车用CNG发动机,阐述了其燃气供给系统、进气管理系统和点火系统的结构特点及运行原理。分析了电控系统及其复合闭环策略,实现了多区域稀燃目标控制。试验结果表明:研发的CNG发动机最大功率和最大扭矩均与原型柴油机相当,而排放性能得到了极大的改善。
By comparing the efficiency of several engine fuels with the stoichiometric-burn engine, the advantages of the lean-burn CNG engine were analyzed. In order to meet the stage-Ⅳ and tighter emission standard in China, a heavy-duty vehicle turbocharged lean-burn CNG engine based on electronic pressure regulator(EPR) was developed. The configuration and principle of the CNG supply system, the intake management system and the spark-ignition system were discussed. The electric control system and the complexclosed-loop control strategy for realizing the multi-region lean-burn targets were analyzed. The experimental results show that the maximum power and the maximum torque of the CNG engine are close to those of the original diesel engine, and the emissions are improved.
