发动机安装条件对多体动力学计算影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 使用模态综合法,在ADAMS中建立了刚柔混合的4100QB柴油机多体动力学模型。通过比较不同模型主轴承载荷差异,探讨了连接法兰、悬置刚度和联轴节等安装条件对主轴承载荷计算的影响。研究结果表明:连接法兰和发动机安装方式均对轴承载荷计算有显著影响;当发动机采用柔性安装方式时,不同悬置刚度下的主轴承载荷之间的差异很小,在对精度要求不高的条件下,可以忽略悬置刚度变化带来的影响;柔性联轴节对轴承载荷的影响可以忽略。最后利用实测的气缸体表面节点振动数据验证了多体动力学计算结果的有效性. By employing the modal synthesis technique, a rigid-flexible multi-body dynamics model for 4100QB diesel engine was built in the ADAMS software. By comparing the simulation results under different main bearing load, the effect of the coupling flange, the mounting stiffness and the elasticity of shaft coupling on main bearing load were discussed. The results show that the coupling flange and engine connecting method play an important role in main bearing load calculation; under the condition of flexible connection, the difference of main bearing load caused by the change of mounting stiffness is very small and it can be ignored when the accuracy is not strictly demanded; the influence of elastic shaft coupling on bearing load can be ignored in main bearing load simulated. The simulated result was validated by measuring vibration acceleration.
