Harmonious Relationship between Doctors and Patients Depending on Honesty and Credit

摘要 近年医患关系极不和谐。为进一步探明医患双方的矛盾所在,通过设计问卷,对整个诊治过程中的医患行为进行考察,发现在医疗活动过程中医患双方都存在一定的失信行为。人际交往中诚实守信是相互信任的基础。医患间缺乏诚信是医患关系不和谐的关键因素。因此,通过重建医患诚信,增进医患信任,缓解医患冲突,实现医患和谐局面。重建医患诚信必须解决几个方面的问题:医方可信度、医方道德义务感、患方诚信度、制度的规约等。 In recent years, relationship between doctors and patients gets disharmonious. In order to explore the contradiction between them, their behaviors in the course of treatment were studied with designed questionnaire, which showed that both of them had some dishonest behaviors. As the basis of mutual trust, the deficiency of honesty and credit should be important factor of disharmonious relationship between doctors and patients. So, by rebuilding their honesty and credit, the mutual trust can be constructed, conflict can be relieved, and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients can be achieved. In addition, some problems need to be solved, which include doctors' reliability and morality, patients' credit, and constraint with regulation.
