出租车司机生活满意度现状调查研究

Surveying the Status of Taxi Drivers' Life Satisfaction

目的:了解出租车司机的生活满意度现状,为探索提高出租车司机生活满意度的途径提供参考。方法:依据马斯洛需要层次理论自编生活满意度调查问卷,结合人口学变量,对取自安徽省芜湖市市区的241名出租车司机进行随机测试。对所收集的数据采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果:统计结果显示,所调查样本中对生活感到比较满意以上的人数占样本总数的66.1%,生活满意度总分为3.21分;在性别变量上,男、女性司机在尊重需要满意度维度得分分别为3.55分、4.01分;在其它人口学变量上,所调查样本在五个维度上的生活满意度和满意度总分得分不存在统计学差异。结论:所调查样本总体生活满意度处于中等偏上水平,但仍有很大提升空间;女性司机总体生活满意度略高于男性司机,并在尊重需要满意度维度上所表现的生活满意度上高于男性。

Objective To investigate the status of Taxi drivers＇ life satisfaction, and provide reference for improving their life satisfaction. Methods 241 cases of Taxi drivers were randomly selected from Wuhu city and surveyed with questionnaire of life satisfaction. The data was analyzed with software of SPSS11.5. Results There had 66.1% of drivers who felt satisfied with life, and total score of life satisfaction was 3.21. As for the gender, the score of satisfaction of being respected was 3.55 for male, and 4.01 for female. And for other variables, there had no significant difference for their life satisfaction and scores in five dimensions. Conclusion The total score of life satisfaction is above average, which can be further improved. For the gender, the total score of life satisfaction of female is higher than that of male, and the score of satisfaction of being respected of female is significantly higher than that of male.
