This paper mainly introduces the VVVF transformation design of the cable belt conveyor, including the design proposal the system composition, the main circuit, the working principle, the system operation and the speed control mode. And the control flow chart of power balances is given. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the VVVF system are verified through the test data of the system.
