带式输送机变负载最优起动加速度研究

Research on the optimum start acceleration of belt conveyor with variable load

建立了带式输送机黏弹性动力学模型,对各种加速度(矩形、三角形、正弦形、抛物线形和抛物线组合)特性进行研究,并对几种加速度曲线下变载荷起动胶带的动张力进行仿真。通过对比分析,得出抛物线组合加速度曲线是变载荷起动最优的起动曲线。

This paper establishes the viscoelasticity dynamic model and researches the rectangle, triangle, sinusoid, parabola and the combined parabola acceleration curves. And it simulates the dynamic tension of the belt conveyor during starting with variable load under these acceleration curves. It comes.to a conclusion that the combined acceleration curve is the optimum one.
