摘要
采用FLUENT软件对流化床气流粉碎机喷嘴位置进行了数字模拟,分析粉碎机腔体中的流场。计算结果表明,在喷嘴位置的设计上,确实存在最佳的安装位置。在IGM-H100粉碎机中,以喷嘴到设备中心35mm较为适当,和文献[11]的试验结果一致,为复杂的二相流场分析提供了一种方法。
Digital simulation of the nozzle position in the fluidized bed opposed jet miller by FLU- ENT is carried out and the internal fluid field is analyzed in the paper. The results show that there is an optimum installation site of the nozzle in the jet miller. For JGM-HI OO jet miller, the distance of the nozzle away from the center of the miller is 35 mm, this is consistent with the result from the reference , and it also provides a way of analyzing the complex two-phase fluid field.
