旋流器内压力分布特性的数值模拟研究

Study on the numerical simulation of pressure distributes in cyclone

运用数值模拟的手段,借助Fluent软件对单入口旋流器内部压力场进行数值模拟研究,得到了不同位置处压力的轴向和径向分布特征,并对模拟结果进行全面、科学和系统的分析,为旋流器的优化设计及节能降耗提供依据。

The numerical simulation research on the inner pressure field of the cyclone is carried out by using Fluent software and the method of numerical simulation. The axial and radial distributions of pressure in different position of cyclones are obtained. The result of numerical simulation is analyzed comprehensively, scientifically and systematically, which can provide a basis for the optimizing design, energy saving and consumption reducing of the cyclone.
