摘要
研究了CFD技术在浮选机内部流动机理研究中的应用。给出了一个计算实例,利用CFD软件分析了机械搅拌式浮选机内的固液两相流场,得到了槽内的循环结构、速度分布、矿粒浓度分布、湍流强度分布等流动信息,并分析了这些流动规律对浮选效率的影响。借助这些流动信息,并结合工业试验的结果可以有效的对浮选机进行优化设计,降低了工业试验的成本和设计周期。还介绍了CFD在浮选机内流机理研究应用中存在的问题。
The application of CFD technique in the flow mechanism of the mechanical flotation cell is researched. The solid-liquid two-phase flow in the mechanical flotation cell is calculated by using CFD software. The distributions of the vortex, particles, velocity and turbulent strength information in the flotation are discovered, and influences of the results on flotation efficiency are analyzed. By means of the flow information and combining the results of commercial test, the optimization design of the flotation cell is carried out. The cost of test can be reduced and the design cycle can be shortened. The problems of CFD technique in the flow mechanism of mechanical flotation cell are introduced.
