二滩水电站土建工程国际合同实施中若干问题的反思

Review on several problems in the implementation of the international civil engineering construction contracts of Ertan Hydropower Station

二滩水电站土建工程国际合同文本实施已近７年，实践证明它是较好的合同样本。当然，在分标、工程量报价单编制方式、单价分析表、技术条款、商务条款等方面也存在着有待改进之处。从中进行反思使我们认识到，虽任何合同很难做到尽善尽美，但通过实践，总结经验，可有利于今后其他工程参考供鉴。

It is proved that the international contract of civil engineering construction for Ertan Hydropower Station is a good model since it has practiced for about 7 years. Of course, some articles would be improved, such as bid division, preparation for the quoted price list of project quantities, analysis table of unit price, technical articles, commercial articles, etc.. Through the review, we recognized that it is difficult to perfect a contract, but summing up the experience in the practice could be favorable to other future projects.
