摘要
介绍了中国海洋石油总公司新建凝析油加工处理装置的总投资及资金筹措计划,重点分析了该项目的生产成本构成、盈利能力、偿债能力和财务生存能力。分析结果表明该装置的建设在经济上是可行的。
This paper introduced the total investment and fund raising plan for the newly built condensate oil processing plant of CNOOC, and emphatically analyzed its production cost structure, profitability, debt paying ability and financial viability. Result showed that construction of the plant was economically feasible.
