宫高腹围法用于巨大儿预测的效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评测常用的几种宫高腹围法用于预测巨大胎儿体重的准确性。方法:选择2002-2007年在我院出生的巨大胎儿872例,产前测量宫高、腹围,以9种方法分别估算胎儿体重,筛选巨大胎儿,计算符合率。结果:仅罗来敏算法(66.1%)等3种方法的预测准确率超过50%。包括袁冬生法在内的5种公式预测巨大儿假阳性率<20%。罗来敏法用于预测巨大胎儿体重的误差明显小于其他7种方法。结论:罗来敏算法、经验公式、袁冬生算法用于巨大儿体重预测的准确性较好,而颜贞淑法等不宜用于巨大儿的预测。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 9 measurement methods of uterine fundal height and abdominal circumference (AC) for estimating fetal macrosomia. Methods The uterine fundal height and AC were measured antepartally in 872 women who gave birth to macrosomic infants in our hospital between 2002 and 2007. Nine formulas were used to estimate fetal macrosomia and their accuracy was compared. Results The accuracy of 3 formulas for weight estimation including Luo's (66.1%) was greater than 50%, whereas the false positive rate of 5 formulas including Yuan's was less than 20%. The prediction error was markedly smaller in Luo's than in the other 7 formulas. Conclusions Luo's, Yuan's, and empirical formulas have better accuracy in estimating fetal macrosomia. However, Yan's, Zhuo's, and modified Johnson's formulas are not recommended for fetal macrosomia estimation.
