摘要
采用管式炉反应器考察了半焦存在的条件下甲烷转化制备合成气,并对过程中主要反应的动力学进行了初步的探讨。由动力学数据分析得知在实验的整个温度范围内,半焦存在时,CH4分解和CH4生成反应是叠加的过程。
A tubular reactor system was used to study the conversion of methane to syngas with coal char as catalyst. The kinetics of the main reactions was discussed. It was found that in the experimental temperature range and presence of coal char, the decomposition and formation of methane occured simultaneously.
