摘要 采用高效液相色谱,建立了一种新的定量分析草酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换反应产物的方法。采用HP1100型高效液相色谱,配以紫外检测器、ZORBAX Eclipse XDB—C18(150mm×4.6mm,5um)型色谱分离柱。绘制目的产物DPO百分含量与峰面积的线性回归曲线,相关系数为0.9999。实验表明,该方法具有精密度高、重复性好的特点,可准确高效地对反应产物进行定量分析,DPO检测限为1.75×10^-4mg/mL,回收率为98.3%~100.7%。 A new detection method using liquid chromatography was developed for quantification of the products from the transesterifieation of dimethyl oxalate with phenol. The quantification determination was conducted by using an HP1100 series high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet?visible?detector (VWD). Separation was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-CI8 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5um). A good linear relationship between the peak-area and the concentration of analyte was observed with a favorable correlation coefficient (0.9999). The method was effective for the analysis of the products with adequate precision (relative standard deviation 0.758%), sensitivity (detection limit 1.75×10^-4 mg/mL), and accuracy (recovery in the range of 98.3% to 100.7%).
