摘要
为大冷量自由活塞斯特林制冷机研制了一台动磁式直线压缩机,利用实验测试系统,对动磁式直线压缩机的性能进行了研究,分析了改变压缩机频率、电压、电流、充气压力、动子质量、气缸活塞间隙等参数对动磁式直线压缩机性能的影响,研究表明:小动子质量、高充压、高频运行的直线电机将会有较大的输出功;直线压缩机运行频率应该接近其自然频率(85%~90%);间隙密封的大小能改变压缩机的自然频率,通过间隙的泄漏量正比于气缸内压力波。
A prototype of moving magnet linear compressor had been manufactured successfully. In order to study the prototype, a performance test bench was guilt. By means of varying the operation and geometry parameters of linear compressor including working frequency, voltage, current, charging pressure, mass of piston and clearance, the overall performance of linear compressor had been obtained. It is found that light piston, high charging pressure and high working frequency will bring large output power; optimal working frequency should be at the range of 85%- 90% natural frequency. The clearness seal can effect on compressor natural frequency,and the leakage of clearness seal is direct ratio to pressure wave in compression chamber.
