摘要 为解决可展桁架天线结构初步设计的复杂性问题,从系统工程角度,以结构设计的技术指标和全部构件集合为系统要素,基于结构解析模型法,分析各要素的相互约束关系,得到系统递阶结构模型图,根据要素间的递阶关系,建立设计变量和结构构件的状态方程,指导结构各构件的设计,使得设计过程变得有效可控。设计了一个四面体单元可展桁架抛物面天线,并制作了1∶1结构试验模型。 In order to make the initial structural design process of deployable truss antenna to become simple and efficient, an interpretative structural modeling method of systems engineering was used. Key structural design targets and structural components were as elements in systems engineering and interpretative structural model of systems engineering was built on the basis of the logical connections among all elements. Mutual relations were analyzed and the multilevel hierarchy structure of structural design process was obtained. So state equations about design targets and structural components were found and structural component design was completed. A deployable tetrahedral truss paraboloid was designed and a 1 : 1 scaled model was built to verify the design process.
