西门子1 000 MW超超临界汽轮机的轴系支撑方式采用单轴承支撑,在联轴器的连接工艺上也与以往机组有所不同,联轴器的连接采用了液压超紧配螺栓,该种螺栓有一定的优势和特点,对该种联轴器连接工艺进行了阐述,提供了另一种计算联轴器晃动偏差的方法,以供参考。

As to the shaft system supporting, the Siemens 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbines adopts single bearing supporting mode. What＇s more, the supergrip bolt （OKBC）, a hydraulically expanded and tensioned fitted bolt, was used in shaft coupling connection, which is different from other units. The shaft coupling connection technique was illuminated. A method for calculating the swing deviation of the shaft coupling was also proposed.
