摘要
信息社会对读写能力提供了新的注释,要求教育从培养学生的传统文本读写能力转变为培养超文本、超媒体的读写能力。对此,发展中国家更需要积极应对,消除数字鸿沟,构建相对完备的中小学信息技术基础设施,分层次培养学生运用信息技术的能力,加强对教师的信息技术教育和培训。
Information society has brought new content to the literacy. The educational object should change from training literacy of text to training literacy of hyper text and multimedia. Therefore, developing countries take reform steps such as eliminating digital divide, enhancing the building of basic information establishment in schools,training information abilities of students from different levels and strengthening the informational technology education and training for teachers.
