国外义务教育阶段学生就学资助政策对我国的启示

The Inspiration of Overseas Financial Aid Policies towards Students in Compulsory Education Period for China

近年在实施义务教育的进程中,我国加大了对义务教育阶段学生的资助力度,并推行了一系列行之有效的资助政策。但与国外一些国家实施的资助政策相比,我国仍存在着一定的差距,尤其是在资助条件、资助程序、资助标准、资助形式等方面,国外有许多成熟的经验可供我们借鉴参考,以进一步完善我国义务教育阶段的学生就学资助政策。

During these years of implementation of compulsory education, China has enforced much upon the financial aid to students,by practicing a series of effective policies. Compared with some foreign countries,however, domestic policies are still lagged behind, especially in terms of requirement, procedure, standard and form of financial aid. Lessons from abroad will,therefore,further perfect domestic financial aid policies on student attendance at compulsory education level.
