E-Safety Strategy for Primary and Secondary School Students in the UK

中小学生网络安全一直是各国政府及教育部门共同关注的问题。英国教育与通信技术局在2007~2008年间颁布了多个针对地方儿童保护机构、学校以及学生的网络安全指导文件,其中所强调的开发完善的用户使用许可条款及技术解决方案、加强基础设施维护与网络监测报告、提高安全意识及事故处理能力等措施建议,对我国中小学生网络安全管理工作具有一定的参考意义。

All governments are concerned about the e-safety issues for students. Becta published a number of e-safety guidance documents for British schools, students and related agencies in recent years,which highlighted the importance of developing AUP and technology solutions, developing an e-safe irr^astructure, monitoring and reporting on e-safety incidents, raising e-safety awareness and ability to deal with incidents etc.. All the strategies can provide some reference for e-safety of primary and secondary school students in China.
