刺五加内生真菌分离及分布研究

Study on Isolation and Distribution of Endophytic Fungus in Eleutherococcus senticosus Harms

采用平板粘插法分离刺五加内生真菌,并对内生真菌的形态进行鉴定,比较不同产地刺五加内生真菌的分布情况。结果表明,从5地区刺五加体内共分离出75株内生真菌(分属于12个属及未产孢类群)。

The endophytic fungus from Eleutherococcus senticosus Harms were isolated by plate method. The morphologies of the endophytic fungus were identified, and their distributions in E. senticosus from different areas were compared. The results showed that 75 strains of endophytic fungus were isolated in total from E. senticosus that from 5 areas,and they belonged to 12 genus and some asporogenous strains.
