Research Process on Activity Components of Endophytes

植物内生菌是一种新的微生物资源,近年来通过内生菌途径得到的活性物质不仅种类繁多,而且有许多未开发的新化合物,其中一些化合物在抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等方面有较高的活性,特别是新近筛选出对心血管疾病、艾滋病病毒显示活性的内生菌,引起广大科学工作者的重视。介绍了植物内生菌的生物多样性、产活性物质的内生菌种类、活性筛选策略。

Endophytes are the new microorganism resources. In receatly years,active substances were obtained from endophyte not only had various types,but also had many novel active compounds. Some of compounds had high bioaetivity of anti-bacterial, anti-tumor and anti-virus,especially newly-choose endophytes displayed their bioactivity of cardiovascular disease and the AIDS virus HIV which draw the attention from scientific works. Biological diversity of endophytes,endophytes types produced by activity material and activity screening strategy were introduced.
