摘要 [目的]探索多肽对番木瓜继代增殖苗的影响,为番木瓜的组织培养提供更有效的方法。[方法]用改良的培养基:MS+0.20mg/LBA+0.04 mg/LNAA+多肽(不同比例)对番木瓜增殖苗进行继代培养。[结果]结果表明,番木瓜增殖培养基中加入不同比例的多肽后,苗壮,增殖量大,愈伤化不明显,且能延长生长周期,多肽用量在1∶1 500时效果最佳。在含有浓度为0.50 mg/L IBA的1/2 MS培养基上,番木瓜的生根率最高,达到47%。[结论]多肽对番木瓜增殖苗的继代培养有一定的促进作用。 [ Objective] The aim was to explore the effect of polypeptide on subculture muhiplication seedlings of papaya, and provide more effective method for tissue culture of papaya. [ Method ] Multiplication seedlings of papaya were carries out subculture with modified medium : MS + 0.20 mg/L BA + 0.04 mg/L NAA + polypeptide ( different ratios). [ Result ] The result showed that after the muhiplication medium of papaya was added in different ratios of polypeptide, the seedling was strong, multiplication amount was big, callus differentiation was not obvious, and growth cycle was prolonged. When the polypeptide amount was 1 : 1 500, the effect was best. The rooting rate of papaya was highest when cultured on the 1/2 MS medium with 0.50 mg/L IBA, reached to 47%. [ Conclusion] Polypeptide has some promoting effects on subculture of papaya multiplication seedlings.
