摘要
[目的]探讨大豆高蛋白组合杂交F3代蛋白质含量与其亲本蛋白质含量的相关性,以及与其他性状的相关性。[方法]分别以蛋白质含量高或产量高的8个大豆品种或品系为亲本于2005年配置杂交组合,2007年获得杂种F3代,对其进行室内考种并测定蛋白质含量,分析杂种F3代蛋白质含量与其亲本的相关性。[结果]双亲蛋白质含量中值及母本蛋白质含量对F3代蛋白质含量影响较大,呈正相关关系;高蛋白组合F3代蛋白质含量分离较大,蛋白质含量低于双亲和F2代;F3代蛋白质含量与单株产量呈负相关、与百粒重呈正相关;F3代蛋白质含量与亲本的熟期差异呈负相关,相关性不显著。[结论]该研究为杂交后代选育高蛋白质含量的个体提供参考。
[ Objective] The aim was to discuss the correlation of protein contents between F3 hybrid progeny from high protein combination of soybean and its parents. [ Method] The hybrid combinations were prepared in 2005 by using 8 soybean varieties with high protein content or high yield as parents. F3 hybrids were obtained in 2007 for plant laboratory test and determining their protein contents so as to analyze the correlation of protein contents between F3 hybrid progeny and its parents. [ Result] The protein mid-parent value of both parents and the protein contents in female parent had a greater effect on the protein contents in F3 hybrid progeny which showed positive correlation; the protein contents in F3 gener- ations from high protein combination were separated obviously, which was lower than that in parents and F2 generations; the protein contents in F3 hybrid progeny were negatively correlated with the yield per plant and positively correlated with 100-seed weight; the correlation between the pro- tein contents in F3 generation and the mature period of parents was negative, but not significant. [ Conclusion ] The study provided reference for the selection of individuals with high protein contents from hybrid progeny.
