家蚕原蚕全龄人工饲料育茧质的研究

Research the Cocoon Quality of Silkworm Raised with the Artificial Diet for All-age

[目的]研究家蚕原蚕全龄人工饲料育的茧质。[方法]以鲁17、92为供试品种,菁松、皓月为对照品种,采用人工饲料育和桑叶育2种饲育方法,调查各处理的茧质。[结果]鲁17、92具有较好的人工饲料适应性,其全龄人工饲料育的茧质明显优于对照品种菁松、皓月;采用人工饲料养蚕受影响较大的是雄蚕,雌蚕对人工饲料的适应性较好。[结论]日系品种的人工饲料适应性明显优于中系品种。

[ Objective] The cocoon quality of silkworm under the artificial diet for its whole growth period was studied. [ Method] The silkworm Lu 17 and 92 being taken as experimental variety and the silkworm Jingsong and Haoyue, the control variety, the cocoon quality of the silkworms, which were raised with two kinds of method：artifcial diet and mulberry leaf, was surveyed. [ Results ] The Lu 17 and 92 had better adaptability under the condition of artificial diet for all-age,which cocoon quality was significantly better than that of the CK; and the artificial diet could affect the male silkworm more than female silkworm. [ Conclusion ] The adaptability of Japanese silkworm varieties was better than local variety under the artificial diet.
