摘要 [目的]研究草金鱼在饥饿状态下的形态和行为。[方法]采用对比的方法,对草金鱼饥饿状态下生长、存活、形态、行为等进行了详细研究。[结果]随着饥饿的进行,鱼体重明显下降,平均下降11.70%。体长、眼径基本无变化,体高则稍有减少,约为2 mm。外形发生萎缩,身体消瘦,体小,身体显得不匀称。游泳速度和对刺激的反应率下降。同时,饥饿还使鱼吞食气泡,少动,反应迟钝,不能适应较低含氧量的水环境等。饥饿使鱼身体脂肪被大量消耗,逐渐变得消瘦。引起的营养不良使反射活动降低,神经萎缩,酶的活性显著降低,因而降低了鱼的反应率。[结论]为金鱼的苗种培育和养殖等提供理论参考。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the configuration and action of grass goldfish ( Carassius auratus) under starvation. [ Method ] The growth, survival, morphology and behavior and so on of grass goldfish under starvation were studied in detail using the method of com- parison. [ Result] The results indicated that the body weight of fishes was obviously decreased with average of 11.70%. The body length, eye di- ameter had no change basically, while body height decreased slightly. The shape was atrophic, the body became thin, small and asymmetrical. The swimming speed decreased and reaction in stimulus became slow. During the experiment, fishes also devoured air bubble, seldom moved and failed to adapt to low oxygen content water environment. The starvation largely consumed the fat and the body became thin. The malnutrition due to starvation made the reaction rate reduce and enzyme activities obviously decrease. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide theory instruction for seedling rearing and fishing farming.
