摘要
[目的]探讨化学杀虫剂与绿僵菌菌株MA4、JF-813的相容性以及菌药混用的增效作用。[方法]以荔枝蝽蟓为供试昆虫,绿僵菌MA4、JF-813为供试菌株,研究5种化学杀虫剂对绿僵菌孢子萌发的影响以及菌药混用防治荔枝蝽蟓的效果。[结果]供试的5种化学药剂对MA4、JF-813菌株孢子萌发均有一定的抑制作用。20%乳油氰戊菊酯与MA4、JF-813菌株的相容性最好,低剂量20%乳油氰戊菊酯对菌落抑制作用明显低于其他4种化学药剂。低剂量的农药与绿僵菌混合使用对绿僵菌的致病力具有协同增效作用。绿僵菌JF-813和次亚致死剂量的2.5%溴氰菊酯混用效果最佳,绿僵菌MA4和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯混用效果最佳。[结论]该研究为绿僵菌混合制剂的生产应用提供了参考依据。
[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the compatibility between chemical pesticides and Metarhizium sp. stain JF-813 and MA4 and the synergism combined fungus and pesticides. [ Method] With Tessaratoma papillosa as tested insect and Metarhizium sp. strain JF-813 and MA4 as tested stains, the influence of 5 pesticides on spore germination of Metarhizium sp. and the effect of mixed use of fungus and pesticides on controlling T. papillosa were studied. [ Result ] The 5 tested pesticides all had certain inhibition on spore germination of Metarhizium sp. strain MA4 and JF-813. The compatibility between 20% fenvalerate EC and Metarhizium sp. strain MA4 and JF-813 were best. The inhibition of 20% fenvalerate EC at low dosage on colony were lower obviously than that of other 4 chemical pesticides. Mixed use of pesticides at low dosage and Metarhizium sp. had synergistic interaction on Metarhizium sp. pathogenicity. The effect of mixed use of Metarhizium sp. strain JF-813 and 2.5% decamethrim at low sublethal concn, was best and that of mixed use of Metarhizium sp. strain MA4 and 4.5% beta cypermethrin was best. [ Conclusion] The research provided reference basis for application of mixed preparation of Metarhizium sp.
