摘要
当前学者对农村公共产品供给研究较多,但从文化体育公共产品供求视角进行研究的很少。按照马斯洛的需求层次理论,农村经济发展条件下村民对文体公共产品需求必然增加,但供给遇到了瓶颈,究其原因主要有文体公共产品自身所具有的特性和自上而下的供给决策机制难反映农民需求等。化解农村文体公共产品供求失衡的路径,除要加强政府供给主体地位外,更须重视俱乐部供给、自愿者供给和市场供给等非政府供给途径的生力军作用。
Most of scholars studied supply of public goods in rural areas, but very seldom at culture and sports public goods in rural areas aspect. According to Maslow' s hierarchy of needs, public goods of culture and sport was bound to increase under the conditions of rural economic development, but its supply were lack. There are two reasons for this: public goods had their own characteristics, the top-down decision-making mechanisms of supply was diffieuh to refleet the needs of farmers. In order to resolve the imbalance between supply and demand of public goods of Culture and Sport in rural areas, we must pay more attention to in club supply, volunteer supply and market supply, in addition to strengthening the status of the Government in supply.
