摘要
在KV505牵伸机上进行了一系列的条件试验,探索牵伸工艺条件对纤维性能的影响;设计安装细旦缝纫线用涤纶长丝专用生产设备——多级牵伸机,并采用自行研制的工艺路线对该设备生产品种的适应性、生产的稳定性、卷绕的成型、染色的均匀性、产质耗指标进行了详细的工业化实验,经专业缝纫线生产厂家进行完整的长丝缝纫线、包芯线的生产,并与国外进口产品及普通FDY生产的长丝缝纫线进行对比,结果表明自制的产品完全满足了高档长丝缝纫线的要求,可替代国外现有产品。
A new super-drawing-setting machine was created to produced PET filament used for sewing yarn. The effects of process parameters on tenacity, elongation and shrinkage were studied. PET filament with high tenacity, low shrinkage and low elongation used for sewing yarn was made into sewing yarn and core-spun yarn. The quality is superior to those made in imported polyester filament. It can replaced imported polyester filament as the raw material of sewing thread.
